Mrs. Rivera's love and care for everyone around her was exceptional. Her understanding nature encouraged all. For her, failure was only a start of new effort and success was a start of efforts for next success. Her optimistic and encouraging approach helped all around her in studies and in professional life alike. And her love would not let her high principles stop her from loving even those who did not agree. She led others not by lectures but only by example.
